A bespoke training plan thats easy to follow, considers your individual circumstance and gets you to the start line feeling confident and ready to go.

Bex Milnes coaching offers a range of triathlon, ultra marathon, swimming, cycling and running training plans. The plans can be 12-16 weeks in length and will aim to build you to a specific race or event of your choosing.

The plan is delivered via training peaks and is formed from information you provide. With this bespoke service you gain a high quality training plan that fits around your personal life circumstance.

The training plans cost between £70-£120 depending on what your training for and the length of the plan. Email contact is provided as you work your way through the training plan to ensure all your questions are answered.
